Designer Mary Norden
Mary saw this house motif sewn into a 19th century Pennsylvanian quilt in the American Museum in Bath. As she says "The house motif lends itself almost effortlessly to needlepoint design". To maintain a patchwork flavour she placed the houses in a grid of fences and coloured each one randomly. It is a great composition.
